Haha that's an old pic I found, I miss that little guy, only saw him a few times, that time I got lucky and was outside and had peanuts on me. There was a squirrel around here too but he never came to my hand. Every time I try to leave food out for them I get crows or pigeons instead. I got my BBQ painted white because of that.

My cousin had a one eyed squirrel from an injury at his house he fed out of hand for months.

He bit him one day, my Uncle caught the little ah heck and had to take him in to check for rabies

That was decades ago, but yeah, the squirrel ended up dieing for it in the long run.

I remember we had a chipmunk at camp that had no tail. I think a dog had got it or something. That camp was awesome, the chipmunks and squirrels were super tame they were like pets. Did get bitten a few times, mostly when screwing around with them like pretending I have peanuts in my hand and keeping it shut. It was fun playing games with those little guys.

Built a maze once but I had spikes in the ground to form like a cage, poor thing got his head stuck in it LOL. Had to help him get out. Fun times. Wish we'd have squirrels and chipmunks in town.

Well that's a piss off, I can't find my special cutter tool that can cut tie wraps so that they don't slice your skin. I had to buy a whole freaking set of pliers just to get that one that I actually wanted. Of course that's the one I go and somehow lose, all the other ones are still in the same toolbox.
