LOL I just called my water heater rental company to ask what the cost of a buyout would be. This is a very basic low efficiency water heater, you can get them at Canadian Tire for like 500 bucks.

They want 600 bucks for me to buy it out. LOL!

I already paid off that thing like 2 times.
