As long as I'm being super honest:
The reason I moved this summer was to take care of my mom. She's old and handicapped. I rented us a big house and don't charge her anything to live here. She was not doing well on her own.

So the boy doesn't need much, he's 17. But she can run to the store and stuff like that or call 911 if he has a diabetes emergency.

That was the storage server. I still need to upgrade my VM server to something with more than 8GB of ram. :awe:

Technically I could run VMs on the storage server but I really want to keep it separate.

Neither have I. Only separate parts from time to time, mobo, cpu, ram, case, video card, SSD, speakers, keyboard and mouse...but never a whole computer
