Finished mowing the lawn. It's really fucking humid out. Supposed to get thunderstorms tonight and tomorrow. Could definitely use the rain.

Started raining a bit here. I even heard a bit of thunder. What sucks about rain though is once it starts, it cools down and can take a few weeks before it warms up again. It takes so long for it to reach nice weather, but it can drop in a heart beat.

There was a tornado (and later thunderstorms) this time two years ago when I was out there. I snapped a few pics while I was on the run.

I was walking out of a military exchange and the sky turned really dark and colorful. This was about 2:30 PM.

A few moments after. The air was comepletely still, and silent.

I turned around and right as I saw this, tornado alarms went off. I snapped a picture and began to run away from it.

^^ Yep we get a lot of those kinds of storms this time of year. Interestingly there have been much fewer than average this year.
