I'm going to miss my roommate when he's gone, but still... I can't wait to reclaim his bedroom.

think I'm gonna paint, throw out the guest bed, and replace it with a futon or fold-out love seat -- something convenient for when I have friends in from out of town, but not so comfortable that they feel OK crashing in my spare room for 9 months.

Only roommate il ever want is one who shares my bed.

it's nice having the company, but yeah... my roommate is basically just a freeloading friend who had nowhere else to go.

but he's leaving for Texas sometime in June or July (he's moving there for school, which starts in August, but he wants to go ahead of time to get settled and start looking for a part-time job)

while I'm glad I was able to help, as soon as he leaves, I'm getting rid of that bed. I don't want another friend to feel that comfortable crashing with me for that long. I feel like if he were crashing on my couch and had no privacy, or had to sleep on something uncomfortable like a pull-out sofa, he wouldn't have felt comfortable crashing for as long as he did.

Episode 1-08.

can't believe all my boyfriend's friends saw me nearly-naked last night.

pro tip: if the host of a party disappears into his bedroom with his boyfriend and they close the door, don't burst in because you're looking for a pack of cigarettes you dropped.

I was not invited to the party. :colbert:

it was like a scene out of a sitcom... the original person shouted "sorry!" and ran out of the room, but the commotion led everyone in the hallway to burst in to find out wtf was going on.
