I guess I did beat it. Didn't realize until was at last boss. Despite this game being 10+ years old, I still can't fucking record it with anything. If it does record, it kills framerates.

Thinking about it. It might be more of a hindrance than a help, though.

Just finished lunch. Had a salad. /nohomo

When I switch to machanic-type gloves while moving boxes, my hards stopped hurting. It felt like every box was stabbing me in the palm of my hand. It really blew.

Definitely get you some gloves.
Was in/out through dozens of warehouses doing random shit temp jobs all through college. Some places provided gloves, but most didn't. Gloves became a necessity.
It might not be bad at first, but that shit will fuck up your hands quick.
Just expect to burn through gloves quickly. Didn't matter if I spent $5 or $25, most were all chewed up within 2-3 weeks. But better gloves taking the wear than my hands.

I have a family friend that worked at UPS for something like 5 years. We wasn't never "tight", but we did know each other since diaper days.
I had been asking her for referral or hookup the moment she started, but she'd always just reply something about she'd see what she can do.
I was pretty frequent about keeping in contact with her at first, but as it came upon her final year there, I had gotten the point that she wasn't going to do shit to help me out, we haven't spoke at all since.
I'm not supposed to stay mad about it, but I still do feel bitter over it. Had another friend pull same type shit like that when I was in need of help with employment the most...

At a place like that, though, you don't really need a referral. If you can write your name, they'll give you the job.
