Loading xp back on my mini 12 that now has an SSD... It boots faster than my old 640gb WD black on xp.

It's actually usable now. As much as I liked 7, xp is far better for single core atom setups with 1gb of ram.

When booting up it just "ALL THERE" now instead of waiting.

Too bad the igp was sourced out and is the same gpu that's in my iPhone 3GS. Slow, and incompatible with most XD and OpenGL features.

Mp4's and such play well though. Hd video pegs my atom but is usually fast enough somehow.

Power consumption got better also slightly. With an extended battery I've been getting 7 hours of usage.
