Well, this customer is having exact same issue we were having, last time I fixed it. I was assuming it was our shitty wifi router though.
Actually, I'm not even able to connect to our router wirelessly with this laptop. Whole time I worked on it, I had to take it up front & hardwire it in. Boss had it connected to a neighbors wifi just so I didn't have to keep going up front to work on it.
I don't remember their password though. This will have to wait until boss comes in tomorrow. He can deal with this bullshit. Selling junk ass laptops. I don't even know if I'd take that garbage for free.

My company is looking hella flaky to outside sources right now. Been like 2 weeks since we were supposed to submit a short article for some free advertising. But today is the cut off date & it is not going to happen.
I'm no good at that stuff. Person designated to do that has been here all of 3 times in past 2 weeks.

I suck at talking/explaining things in basic terms to non-tech savvy customers.

Mexicans are probably the hardest to communicate with. I know a lot of people go out of there way to speak in big confusing terms with them to throw them off so they can take advantage of them. I usually do my best to communicate what is going on to make sure we're on same page.

And I always have to talk in food terms when talking to fat people. Otherwise they have no idea what I'm saying.
