So there's this small issue I'm having with my ThinkPad. For some reason when I go to a website and it has a black image or background the screen brightness goes all the way down. I remember my mom's X120e doing the same thing and I fixed it, but that was around 9 months ago and I can't recall what I did now.

15 minutes, local anesthesia 😎

It definitely took longer than 15 minutes, or at least it certainly seemed that way.

My biggest mistake: I should have eaten LOTS before. For the rest of that day and most of the next, I was eating "mush". You can't eat/drink enough to not be hungry.
 
I wouldn't do it any other way.

You gringos have unskilled dentists. Every person in the States I've heard of has had the procedure done with general anesthesia (is that how it's called when you get completely unconscious?) while in Mexico most get it done with local.

I wouldn't want local. I'd insist on general.
