Damn. This customer is an idiot. We should have reformatted despite his request. I don't see this machine being out the door any time soon.
Been stuck at loading up settings whatever for about 10 minutes.
I thought I did something wrong, but in attempt to remove one of his malware programs, it selected another program to uninstall instead. I thought I was trippin' until it did it a second time.

So, tomorrow's test... nine questions, six very short, three fairly short, mostly from the first chapter. The idea is to prove we understand the concepts of the chapter and can set up the problems, getting the final numerical answer is less important.
