On a side note, everything tastes better with coconut milk. If you are making anything gravy like, add coconut milk and it instantly makes it edible.. even if you fuck it up. It is one stop solution to making food better. Watch out for extra calories though!

Calories are all well worth it. Replacing animal milk with coconut / animal milk is an amazing thing for the body.

That said. Just tried Silk Coconut milk for the first time. So much heartburn! Had a back up thing of whole milk. My coffee is now saved!
