No, they're still above $1 gig. I think regular price is between $150 and $160 or so.

Newegg says it is normally $184 (?!?!) and they're giving a $35 instant rebate and there is a $20 coupon code. There is also a $50 rebate from Intel, who I trust. Comes out to $79.99. I don't think we'll see the normal price of an SSD that low for a year or two.

Honestly, I think they do a good job moderating in P&N for the most part. I think it should almost be a free-for-all. I think users like Dave McOwen should be banned though, as he contributes nothing and runs and hides when called on his crap. I especially like his "I'm being stalked!" comment. Uh, no, dumbass, you're not -- you make stupid or insulting posts and the same people call you on it every time.

Well, I'd put up a huge careful post, and I just removed it. One of our illustrious former members, now at the other place, pointed out if I got what I spoke of, we'd get inundated over there by a bunch of trolls.

I was going to post, but decided not to bother. It would just be used against me and the only real problem I have is certain trolls (McOWNED being the largest) who shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.
