I think I know this answer, but I'll ask it anyways.

My idea of perfect weather is 70-75, moderate to heavy cloud cover, fairly low humidity, rain maybe once a week, nights of 60-65.

I suspect the answer is - California, the bay area.

Oh, I missed a test last week... the professor letting me make it up, no problems. I just need to get to the other campus in the middle of the day. Pretty awesome.

Also, it's history. So I can skim the book and pretty much rape the test.

I fucking love history.

The bay area is awesome, as is the central coast. If I had an unlimited sum of money and could choose, I'd live along the central coast, south of Monterey. Only a couple of hours south of San Francisco and incredibly beautiful. Monterey rocks as well.

Sigh -- I miss California.

There's a major problem with California.

The people.

have you been?

12-14 years ago, so in effect, it's pretty much a no. I was 8-10 at the time. I remember walking many miles through the SF area, I remember taking trains to get into SF from Menlo Park, I remember the house I stayed in, the relative's house, but not even the street outside, very little of what I saw in SF. I remember walking on the bridge, the famous steep switchback road, the hills and trolleys, some piers/boardwalks... that's about it.
