2) Continue looking -
2a) 2006-2008 Mazda 6S 3.0L V6 6AT black/black cloth loaded.
2b) 2005-2006 Infiniti G35x black/black/rosewood loaded.

See, with the exception of the mileage, and the slight exception of cost/mileage and used car lot, the G35x is perfect. Finding another black/black/rosewood combination is going to be very tough. It's the only one I've seen so far of that combination, probably because the cars just don't die. As for the Mazda, finding a car with all the options but only cloth seats will be possibly even rarer.

No problem. Off-roading hard compound tires carrying that kind of weight will laugh at ice.
