The first Mazda 6 was sold.

The second had a deposit, sale pending test drive and financing. This one is gray, excellent exterior condition, gray leather, heated seats included, 2004 with 60k miles, which unfortunately means the five speed automatic instead of the six auto. New brakes, new tires, needs a new headlight capsule. Comfortable inside.

The third I spotted sitting outside that same dealership's garage, freshly arrived within the last couple days. Black, black cloth interior, new clutch and new engine (!!!), five speed manual. Dad took it around the parking lot, it's quick, gears handled fine.

We have a deposit, pending test drives, on both cars, obviously, only applicable to the gray car if the other deal falls through.

I'm not hugely enthusiastic on either. :/

Looking for MS3's. A couple of reasonable and little above reasonable prices, but they're at non-manufacturer dealerships with iffy reputations. The ones are manufacturer dealerships all have under 40k miles, combined with being late-year cars, are past 20k.

To get a six speed on a Mazda 6s would require at least a 2005, automatic only. I can't find any.

I can test drive the one or both that will remain later in the week, and decline them for deposit return, but then I'm still stuck hunting for a replacement car, while mine sits around with a broken suspension.
