If you are under the age of 25, and have a beer gut, I have absolutely zero respect for you as a person.

If you are under the age of 30, and have a beer gut, I probably will have zero respect for you as a person.

if you are under the age of than 50 and have a beer gut, I probably will have zero respect for you as a person.

I almost appreciate people who come in and try to get boxes down for themselves... but honestly, it's great you want to try, but I'm taller than at least 95% of the people here. Please don't, because someday, you'll drop a box on your head, and you'll be injured and/or the product will be smashed. So say something, and let me come over and get it.

If you calorie count the harder it is to gain weight.

No kidding, but that is hard to do all the time particularly if you have a stressful job and end up eating crap for lunch or just say "Fuck it, I need to get out of the office for a bit."

I used to lose weight with no problems. A few weeks ago, I lost 11 lbs in a matter of 2 weeks but I've stalemated since then.

So over 30 is ok?

Working in an office continuously is not beneficial to good health, good exercise, or good dieting. It doesn't help people as they get older.

You really get screwed. Older workers are more likely to end up moving behind a desk, doing less physical activity, at the same time that they need physical activity to keep from becoming severely overweight.

That's right. I need to become more physically active to up my metabolism so I'll lose weight faster. I think I'm going to buy a new bike and do some biking.

I'll have to do my course research from home, where all my print outs are that show what courses I've completed, and maybe I can find the gen.ed. electives sheet that says what my options are for those.

My meeting at 1:00 is remedial training for a group of idiots who can't seem to read documentation. Meeting at 2:00 is to have a webinar about another app. I don't have much time today to do actual work.

Or, as I like to call them, GPA boosters. :D
