If you are under the age of 25, and have a beer gut, I have absolutely zero respect for you as a person.
If you are under the age of 30, and have a beer gut, I probably will have zero respect for you as a person.
if you are under the age of than 50 and have a beer gut, I probably will have zero respect for you as a person.

Wait until you guys get in your late 30s or early 40s and see how much harder it is to lose weight.

If you calorie count the harder it is to gain weight.
So over 30 is ok?If you are under the age of 25, and have a beer gut, I have absolutely zero respect for you as a person.

No kidding, but that is hard to do all the time particularly if you have a stressful job and end up eating crap for lunch or just say "Fuck it, I need to get out of the office for a bit."
I used to lose weight with no problems. I few weeks ago, I lost 11 lbs in a matter of 2 weeks but I've stalemated since then.
You really get screwed. Older workers are more likely to end up moving behind a desk, doing less physical activity, at the same time that they need physical activity to keep from becoming severely overweight.
I really wish I didn't have these next 2 meetings.
fuck i have a 1:30 and im still at home
I'll have to do my course research from home, where all my print outs are that show what courses I've completed, and maybe I can find the gen.ed. electives sheet that says what my options are for those.
