This is awesome.
My dad had a story for me yesterday that's very similar:
My dad just bought a new Honda motorcycle over the weekend. He was riding it from Sacramento to San Francisco for the hell of it. He had decided to go straight from the dealer and start his 200+ mile ride. Well, they had told him they filled the tank up and he should be fine for a while, but someone must have forgotten. After about 40 miles he realized he was out of gas and not a station in site. He pulled over just as the bike died. He got out his phone to call up road side assistance when this "scary looking mother fucker" pulled up on a Harley. The guy got off his bike and asked my dad if he was okay. My dad said yes, noticing the Hell's Angels patches the guy was wearing.
My dad described himself as being scared shitless. Middle of no where and a Hell's Angel pulls up...
The HA then pulls a gas can off his bike and hands it to my dad. My dad, in utter shock, says thanks, and takes half the can for his tank. He figures he now has enough to get to the next station.
Dad asks the HA how much he owes him and the HA, as he gets on his bike, says "just tell people we're not all assholes" and he starts his bike up and rides off.
