Buy a video camera instead of another DSLR body?

Do they make digital video cameras that share the Canon lens mount? No, of course they won't, that would mean not raping people for more money.

red.com these will take a canon EF mount

And yes, that black apple counts as a Byzantine labyrinth, as it would've taken a while to recognize it as a clickable item, during which time I would have minimized this screen and gone looking on the Dock or desktop.

Excellent, hidden now. Couple more clicks, and we're up to full screen.

How long until I am asked to come fix it, I wonder? Although, since this is academia, there are plenty of other Mac users - none in this office, but enough walk through.

yeah people are going to freak when they cant find the dock... Also use command (or apple button) and space to launch apps

Not true. There is no right click.

But now something is bouncing through the bottom frame of the screen because it has been opened. Excuse me.

I've never been able to use a mighty mouse. They should have right click though

Yeah I agree with you! Command > control

Except that Windows machines have what, like 95% of the market? Maybe more? So what do most people do? Click Control, like every other computer uses. Only Apple just had to be different.

Why would apple change just because pc's do it one way? Command - short cuts were there before control

I succeeded in dealing with a phone call!

I just ended up telling her that I was temporarily covering the office; of course, I didn't need to say that, because she only wanted to talk to one particular person. But oh well, as usual, I figure out how to properly deal with a phone conversation after it is over.

God, I HATE talking on phones.

I could actually answer the question, effectively, I just over-answered her question with unnecessary detail.

This computer is clearly better than the XP machine upstairs. The interface sucks, the OS blows, but it has twice the display real estate and is about six years newer.
