Depends on bios. Some allow you to turn off fan check. You can just add a resistor if you can't turn it off.

It's actually silent outside of working the CPU/GPU hard. M4 SSD FTW. :biggrin:

But the onboard audio has poor SNR. My Dell M6500 precision is better in this department.

A firestudio BOB fixes this and the headphone amp has enough guts to move hair on the person next to you if you desire. :biggrin:
