Our whole company is going through a new "culture shift" and requires each department to hold 6 departmental meetings with pre-designed curriculum. One of those meetings required all of us to sing and/or dance. Luckily our managers convinced our CFO that that sort of activity would never float in our group.

I had a boss who went through that phase for dept. meetings. One item was a skit by one of the groups. Thankfully, that ended after 2 meetings.

The good thing about that phase was the meetings were scheduled to end at five. Food and beverages were provided. Better beverages were allowed in the last hour.

Some of these meetings had skits, singing, etc. but our CFO (the head of our department) wisely listened to our managers and didn't make us do any of it.
