I got volunteered to be the test subject for Windows 11. The new PC arrived and I'll be playing with that on my next night shift. Our new computers are actually half decent too. Normally the corporate standard is 4GB of ram, core i3 and a 500GB 5400rpm hard drive then we need to expense out some upgrades so we can actually run our stuff. These new machines are basically what we have now so are usable as is. 512GB Nvme, 16GB of ram and i5.

Reminds me, I need to order a couple new PCs for this workplace. Woohoo. Unsupported OS is unsupported (Windows 7). Be a bit of an upgrade.

Meatball parm pizza! I made the meatballs before work on Thursday. Sliced some up today. Did a subtle change this week. I used semolina as a dusting agent on both sides instead of just the bottom. I like the results. Nice and cripsy on the outside and a great gluten structure inside that is soft and springy. Sooooo good!

Meatballs, fresh grated parm on top, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh shredded low moisture whole milk mozzarella and provolone.
