I love how every Olympics there is always at least one athlete that becomes the best meme for their awesome or unique performance. That Turkish guy is probably the one this year lol. The way he shows up nonchalantly and performs like it's just a normal day for him, gets silver. He probably went home to mow the lawn and fire up the grill after.

This week's pizza was my second one to reach 1K upvotes on Reddit. It's wild. Some weeks I get less than 50. I would guess that margherita pizzas and cupping pepperoni receive the most love.

Working night shift, figured I'd remotely turn on the AC at home so it's cooled off by the time I get there to sleep. The temp is still rising in the house! That's how hot it's been. Even now it's like 21 outside which is unheard of at night.

I haven't tried to watch any baseball since early in the season. So for yuks I tune in Cards v. Cubs and now they have players narrating from the field? Tech has now officially crossed the line. What line? No idea but if you were an average, casual sports watcher (rather than a rabid fan) and baseball didn't already annoy you by being mostly stupefyinging, this will push you over the edge.

posted in the weather thread - 5 straight days of predicted rain - 100% probability. Debbie is coming to drown us. Ok, no deluges but it will add up to 4 or 5 inches over the 5 days so I'm probably going to get some water in basement. Nothing remotely similar to GA and SC.
