Do you run a pizza shop or do you actually make/eat pizza at home that often? You gonna get diabeetus! I guess I shouldn't talk, I don't eat all that great either lol.
What's wrong with pizza? My pizza is better than anything I can buy around me, sans one place. They might be close, but it doesn't cost me $20-$25 to make this pizza. I love to cook and cook all sorts of things.

As for my health, I have low blood pressure. One time it was 93/57 with a resting heart rate of 49. I'm sure I'm not as good as shape as I once was. I have arthritis in my right foot and stretchy ligament issues all over. Right now, I'm on Day 21 of no alcohol and no sweets. Sucks, but when I need to lose some weight, I cut those out first and moderate the remaining carbs. I hate dieting, so I'd rather increase my activity. I did three 30 minute cardios today. I had a buddy come over and drink 8 beers while watching the Lions/Bucs game. I drank water. I did 2 cardios yesterday. Tomorrow, I'm back to work. I'll get another cardio after I eat dinner tomorrow evening. I lost 10 lbs by Day 6. That's the easy part. But I've stuck to it through 21 days so far. Feel a lot more energy. Down to 157. I was trying to see if I would make a move towards 145. I may alter my diet further if I think it will help. I have been drinking more water. Sleep so good. So I have a pizza once a week. Big deal. I usually eat it over 3 days.

@alfa147x - just noticed the sig. I'm from Dothan area in AL. Moved here in the '63 maybe?

Anyway, even at a very young age it was quite a culture shock.

It was a culture shock for me, too. I grew up about 2 hrs outside of ATL so in the country. Then, in 2015, I broke up with my girlfriend. I worked for banks in NYC then, so it made sense to go there. I had a nice corp apartment in soho - but eventually, the company stopped paying for it. As a 27-year-old, I wanted to live in Soho but couldn't afford it without roommates, and I didn't want to move to Jersey City or something cheaper. After living on my own, there was no way I could do roommates again so then i moved back to ATL

Which got rejected but they offered me a new role in LA. I hadn't been to LA but it was crazy money not to consider.

TIL:

1. USB-C to 3.5mm adapter with DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter): This type of adapter contains a built-in DAC, which converts the digital audio signal from the USB-C port to an analog signal that can be sent to the 3.5mm audio jack. This is similar to the traditional headphone jack found in devices prior to the adoption of USB-C. The DAC ensures that the audio signal is properly processed before being outputted to your headphones or speakers. This type of adapter is used when a device lacks a dedicated audio jack, such as some smartphones or laptops, which only have USB-C ports.

2. USB-C to 3.5mm adapter without DAC: Some devices, like your computer with the Realtek ALC897 chip, already have a dedicated audio chipset onboard. In this case, the USB-C to 3.5mm adapter does not need to include a built-in DAC. Instead, the USB-C port is designed to carry analog audio signals directly, using certain pins (SBU1 and SBU2) in the USB-C connector. This type of adapter simply acts as a physical connector, allowing you to connect your 3.5mm headphones to the USB-C port of your device for audio output.

Picked up some items for future pizzas after work. Artichoke hearts, banana peppers, peperoncini. There's not going to be any sushi pizzas or shrimp pizzas. Who knows?

I just had a random thought, butter chicken pizza would probably be pretty awesome.
Random thought, eh? Remember this from last August? It was an awesome pizza! Used leftover butter chicken that I made from scratch.
