There's a new pizza place in town that uses a wood fired oven and it's suppose to be more "traditional". so far people don't seem to like it though, complains about the crust being burnt, and not enough toppings. The pizzas are also expensive, like $27. I'm curious to go try it though because I do like to support local places. Almost all the stuff here is chains and the non chains often don't last. Cost of doing business is just so high for a city this size.
