retards actually put in wide sidewalk to reduce the street from 2 lane each way to single lane. And put down cobbled stone... that they had to pave with asphalt next year because it was already sagging.

Their hydro rates are super cheap though, I suppose given the choice, I'd take a couple day long outages if it meant my bill is cheaper.
Not me. If I lived in a more rural area, instead of the City, I'd buy a generator - so I'd probably care a bit less. In the City, an hour black out is very rare.
