I was comparing car specs. my dad had a '67 Newport convertible like this:

I bought a 2018 Buick wagon:

It turns out that they weigh within five pounds of each other.

The Chrysler engine produced 270 hp from a 6.2 liter engine (0.7 hp/cubic inch, 14.2 lbs/hp).
The Buick produces 250 hp from a 2 liter engine (2.0 hp/cubic inch, 15.4 lbs/hp).

My 1988 Olds wagon produced 140 hp from a 5 liter engine (0.45 hp/ cubic inch, 30.1 lbs/hp).

Nothing left to say
And all I've left to do
Is run away
From you
She led me on, down
With secrets I can't keep

Guess I should go finish that chimney job. Kinda got lazy and sat around all day. The hardest part was the top though, just such awkward angles to dry to drill at, now that I'm almost at a height where I won't need a ladder it will go fast. Less up and down.

Getting there.

The bottom 3-4 inches is solid concrete so that's going to have to stay I think. Was hoping I could gain access to the basement if it was just cinder block, but no luck. May have to hire someone to do some core drilling in the slab if I want to do that. I'm getting a concrete guy to resurface so maybe he can do it. Was hoping to get two 6" ducts in here so I can put the hvac unit in the crawlspace, but not sure I want to drill such large holes in the slab. Might compromise the structural integrity.

Won't be able to work on this for a while now so will give me time to think anyway. Also need to figure out what to do with all the waste.

Debating if I should get a carbon fiber tripod/monopod with 360 degree centre column. Then I realised I don't even remember when was the last time I charged the batteries for my EOS 6D.
