Ride home from NH, I could've gotten a spectacular rabbit, a yellow Camaro doing better than 90 MPH, but my mother was on board, and she'd have gone slightly postal if I went after him.
The car makes a great high performance highway cruiser, but it's pretty brutal on the legs and arms, not really a relaxing vehicle.

Last night was the first night I didn't have problems with freezing, after I upgraded to super cold weather pajamas and added another blanket. My bed now features flannel sheets, five blankets, and a comforter. Yeah, it's that freaking cold without the heat.
Ideally, I'd go to sleep in a 60-65 F room, and it would rise to 65-70 overnight. What really happens is about the reverse.

Stayed home, although school wasn't canceled, but then I could run the generator. Put in a work out, so fucking cold, worse than Saturday, and it wasn't a good one anyways. Came inside, went to the shower... and all the lights come back.
Go through the house, find what lights were left on, deal with them. Confirm the router came back (whew, that was gonna be a bitch), start the TV, leave the guide up to repopulate. I'd unplugged my now dead UPS (40% to nothing overnight, wtf) to try taking it into work, so it went back in, server wired back up. Wrap up about ten pounds of extension cords in the basement. Generator meandered back into the garage.

Second delayed workout now. The first was... oh, yeah, I wanted to set the schedule of it to MWF instead of TR, due to timing, and I was becoming excessively sore. This one was related to the whole no power and freezing thing. Did something bad to my knee that took a couple hours to fade away, and overall, a poor performance. Oh well. The point is more than it was 40 F and I went outside anyways, because fuck yeah.

Road paving seems to have been delayed. Went to work by the long way because of the supposed construction. Was the last one in because of it.
The bees have somehow resurrected, and are now swarming. Four of them were buzzing the front half of the store continuously, while another half dozen kept crawling the windows and front lights. The new girl got stung on the hand; something about her hair appealed to them. Coworker chased one out the door, I hunted two down with a cleaner, soaked them, and crushed them. If I seemed psycho now, next time, I'll have two lineman work gloves and a dedicated water spray bottle. War shall be declared... again.

Good to see Detroit back in style. They've become one of my favorite teams now. Probably third favorite behind the Pack.

Shipment arrives. I pick it up from the leasing office. Only has one of the items. The $70 1tb drive.
Contact the store file a claim 2 months ago. Ask me to file a police report. This was 1 months ago. Today they tell me they are closing the case. They tell me to deal with the police... WTF
