Need a laptop

So I went over to my brother's house last night. He got a GTX 560 Ti and I was going to install it for him. I learned that he stepped on the $1500 laptop I bought him and broke the screen. :|

Luckily a replacement screen is only $130 or so.

An HP dv5t. Bought it in 2008 but even today it is still nice -- Core 2 Duo of some sort and GeForce 9600GT.

No. I posted that because it sells for $100 - $105 on ebay. So then I wanted to calculate how much I would pay in fees and crap. I rather not give them any more money

You can run it on your system, just not maxed. Probably medium would run fine and maybe even high with a few settings changed.

Yeah well, I played the beta, it was fine in Op Metro but when I tried Caspian Border it was too choppy for my taste. I guess if I get the final version and fiddle with the settings I'll make it acceptable. That or buy alfa's CPU.

May not be a bad idea -- maybe you can then skip IB and go to Haswell.
