I say we just annex Canada and move you off the metric system. Do you guys still have Imperial gallons?

All metric here by law but grocers still post $/lb. The $ per kg is present as well, but usually in smaller fonts. Gallons are in still used in paints. But it is mostly referred to as 3.78L.

I was just reading up on Canada's conversion process. Sounds like there's a few vestiges and holdovers, but for the most part you are now completely brainwashed have gone metric.

We have some thermostats at work that read in F, which I always find annoying. Get a high temp alarm, go check and it's in F. Then have to do a conversion. At least it's easy enough to do in Google though. "80F in C" will give you conversion for example.

253K here right now.

I need to buy q-tips since I ran out, but I hate to have to warm up the car, scrape the windows etc just for that lol. I think they're going to have to wait.

I start day shifts tomorrow, I'm still stuck in night shift mode, gonna be brutal having to get up so early tomorrow.

Don't you have remote start on your vehicle. I have had that installed on my car for the last five years. As cold as it gets where you're at in the winter that's how hot it gets down here in the summer. Nothing like getting into your car and it's warmed up/cooled off and you can see out of your windows. I even had them hook up the rear defogger.

Yeah I do have remote start, though when it's this cold it won't do much unless you let it run a very long time and that uses a lot of gas. Often times I'll start it for like 10 minutes to at least somewhat take the edge off but still have to scrape.
