SDHC would be preferable to USB, of course, as it's more compact of a format.

Yes and with the microSD to SD adapter it makes it quite versatile. I'm surprised Sony has not done this. Of course they would ruin it and make the slots memory stick only! D:

I don't get washing cars...

I mean it rains where you live, right? Free car wash when it rains. You cannot lose.

I wonder if I can hijack my car's stereo to do this cheaply. The problem is then getting the track up/down buttons to work, and have a viable shuffle function.

Well...

The track up/down controller must be a signal. And a signal is nothing more than an electrical impulse. And an electrical impulse can be intercepted and read, or in this case, a microcontroller could be told to react to those signals, while the car has absolutely no idea WTF is going on.

The shuffle function is a little tougher, but I'd guess the microcontroller can do that too.

Now if I only had the knowledge to take this concept and implement it.

You wash it before you can clay it, you wash it before you seal it, you clay it to remove contaminants, you seal it to protect the paint, and you wax it to make it look pretty and protect it some more.

Besides, unless you've sealed and waxed it, water doesn't bead and run off, it sits on the paint in little puddles, then dries off, leaving water spots. And if you live in a leaf fall area, you get leaves stuck to your car by the water, and when you get a dry day and/or some windspeed over the car, the leaves peel off, leaving sticky outlines of them.

Looks like you better get cracking!

I think I need to put together a list of everything I need to do this weekend.

The test worries me greatly, my grade in that class isn't in good shape.
The lab just aggravates me, because I don't mind labs, I'm good at them, but lab reports are fucking annoying.
The rest of it is just time consuming, annoying, and pointless, but straight forward.

Why not. I run my Shure SCL4s between my shirt and undershirt up my back from my backpocket where my portable headphone amp is while my iphone / ipod is in my front pocket

I am clearly not an audiophile, I need no amp. Also, I have a Sansa Clip+, it can hang from a sleeve.

Yes. In science and history classes, I usually had somebody sneaking glances at my papers, and a couple people even asked me to change the angle at which I held the paper. Beyond that, I saw plenty of people writing little things onto papers, I was the king at notetaking in calculators, coming out of a class would prompt a rapid discussion with students going in wanting a heads up, et cetera.

Your college conclusion has some merit. It is less common, but it's still there. I believe the fundamental difference is that people don't know each other as well as they did in high school. I've still seen notes scribbled onto the the desks, smartphones glowing under a table, et cetera.

I saw people try to cheat off me on some engineering tests. Typically, if it was obvious they were cheating, I'd make up an answer and circle it and then when they got up and turned in their tests, I'd mark it out and circle the correct answer. :D

ah. I think in hs its more of a organized cheating vs college
