Did a cleanup in my garage, it's hard to tell I even did anything lol. I also examined my chimney better since it was previously covered with stuff, it will be a bigger job than I was thinking to remove it. It might be structural. If I remove it, I will gain some extra space in the garage though, like maybe 3 square feet. So almost not worth it.

I had to google that. The chimney is capped on top and does not go through the roof, so it's not doing much at this point. Which is a nice thing, as I know nothing about roof work. It's not that hard, but it's one of those things I usually rather leave to the pros.
