did the filling. Damn, it sure is labour intensive. Should just order a bunch of them cakes from the store, minimum order is six. I can dispatch them in no time :awe:

But we have a really good take out Chinese place near us, I usually don't bother with it myself.

They all ready have that one down pat better than I ever will, I imagine.

I like to make stuff if I have the time. I would not bother making dumplings.
5 bux gets me a 2 lb bag of handmade dumplings.
