Yeah will miss the show, but I think they just ran out of ideas and things to do, since yeah it felt like it was starting to go downhill. Nothing really in particular, it just did not seem as exciting any more.

There really needs to be more shows of that nature on Discovery though. There can only be so many mining and Alaska shows lol.

Eat, sleep, repeat?

I've never been rich enough for that...I almost never get more than one "meal" a day. Now I'm eating about 700-1,000 calories every other day, with a high quality multivitamin on the food days. Not enough energy for any serious workout, but I'm trying some new more aerobic exercises in an attempt to stay healthy. Probably only 30 minutes a day total though.

Most of the day I'm sitting around, other than trips to the restroom and to refill water. Surprisingly I'm more motivated now than I have been in a long time. My supply of free junk has dried up, so instead of a random mash of old expired foods I'm now just eating a few basic plain vegetables. Since I have to pay for the vegetables I have to eat even less, but the quality of the calories seems much higher. I still have a hard time controlling and resisting the hunger.

Interestingly, it seems I sleep less overall now. After eating a "meal" of old garbage I always got extremely tired and had to rest for several hours. I still sleep the usual 8-10 hours each night, but I haven't felt the need to sleep after eating the vegetables. Unsure if it's the calorie difference, the food quality, or type.
