Well I think I've seen it all.

A reality show on returning merchandise. No, really. It's actually kinda interesting. They have to try to return a product, they add certain challenges like no original packaging. For cash.

I freaking hate crappy corporate tools.

Trying to manage power outages for one of our major telcos and their systems SUCK. The alarms are very misleading, some of them we don't even get but are suppose to somehow know about. Half the time the passwords to connect to the system that is used to connect to the system craps out for no reason, if you do manage to get in, it boots you out. ARRRRRRRG. I just want to kill somebody. Specifically, the CGI devs who coded this bull crap.

I really need to package my monitoring software into a turn key solution and try to GIVE it to them. It will make all of our jobs easier, I would only charge them material costs.

Of course it would make too much sense to have a unified monitoring system in each central office, so they'd never go for that.
