Yeah I have a MISC Freelancer package, since the freelancer isn't available yet though I have been using the F7A Hornet. Really fun so far.
A bit difficult to control, but in a space dogfighting sim it's going to take awhile to get used to the 3D environment anyway. A bit disorienting at first.

It takes me less than 5 minutes to get to work. :biggrin:

If the few traffic lights I have to go through happen to all be green it's like 2 minutes.

No, doesn't really matter right now. It's pre-alpha and most peripherals aren't fully supported right now. Someone mentioned a Sidewinder 2 from awhile ago worked pretty well, but people with X52 and X55 are reporting a few issues.

so the question is should i buy a standalone joystick or buy the flight pedals and throttle to go with any joysticks
