Damnit!

So I previously bought the hardware so I can make two adapters for my PDUs as they have a 20-5 plug and my UPS has a 15-5. Well turns out I bought a 6-20 receptacle end instead. DAMNIT! Was not paying attention when I bought those ends. The look very similar when looking at them fast, but they're not even close. One is for 240v. Was hoping to do the power switch over tonight. Seems I keep running into delays. I wish hardware stores were 24/7, that would be so awesome.

I guess it's an excuse to not work tonight. 😛 I still have tomorrow and after tomorrow.

I drove 300km in the snow today :colbert:

I normally wouldn't even pay attention. But going from the snow in my driveway we have gotten over a foot and it's still going. They already said they aren't going to plow side streets until it lets up. So there are going to be lots of wrecks tomorrow.

I like it better when they wait till later in the day to plow. At least I can just drive out in the morning instead of scrambling to shovel a 3 foot rock hard snow bank so I can get the car out on time.

I seem to get lucky with that though, when we get tons of snow I'm usually off or on night shifts.

You need to hit it at faster speeds.

I'm actually going to have to pay someone to plow the drive.

Haha not with a car, it's going to do lot of damage. (learn from my fail 😛 )

I could probably make it through if I tried hard enough, but I'd probably be running over what's left of my bumper.
