Yeah, the fan is making a knocking sound, roughly once per revolution.

My computer/server isn't remembering my login credentials, so every time I start the computer, I have to put in the username and password to access the server.

Also, the server has gone invisible to the network. It'll be visible one day, and missing the next. :/

SCII, TF2, JK2, and soon MW4 will be installed. Adobe, despite somehow magically reaching 2 GB for just Fireworks and Photoshop, got a slot on the SSD.

TF2's new load time is somewhere around quadruple the previous time. It's bugging me a lot, but I'm not giving that game 12-14 GB on the SSD again.

Mercs finished disc one in about 40 seconds. It couldn't even show me all its slides with sufficient read time. Total install time from the time I mounted first ISO to finish was around two minutes.

Unfortunately, I think I've lost my save data.

Still can't get used to this mouse, and my gaming performance, and general computer comfort, is suffering significantly for it. I'm down to probably 50% of my normal gaming abilities.

I feel like I need to have my forearms elevated about two inches, and then put my keyboard and mouse onto a slight downward slope. My hands/wrists are killing me lately.

Even the curvature of the mouse puts my hand back far enough to be painful, if I raise my arm on a stack of papers or something. Hence the downward slope, which of course is going to fuck up using a mouse.

I can't think of a way to really set up my mouse and keyboard like this, yet still have mobility for both items and not make the desk seem totally weird.
