we had C++ in 9th grade at my school.

That would have been awesome. I only saw a real programming class once I hit college, and it was extremely basic level. I wish I could have gotten a full blown course on C++ as there's lot of projects I'd like to do such as a game, but teaching myself is not as efficient as someone teaching me. I hear of people making thousands of dollars making indie games, even millions, I would love to try my hand at it and see if I could become one of those people. Would be awesome to make tons of money out of something that I created.
