Not bad. Seems fairly basic though. Would been nice if there was more to it, leaves something to be desired. Especially when it comes to Lynch's trademark WTFery.

I wish my dad didn't sell his portable cleaner. I used to clean the shit out of everything at least once a year.
He's getting his upholstery & duct cleaning business going again. Not sure if he's gotten a new one yet. But I could put damn thing to good use.

If you weren't so far out the area I'd look into getting that taken care of. But rate for travel alone would more than double the cost.

1 month earlier than my estimate from when I hit 200k.
But my monthly views have dipped dramatically in the past few months. Unless I get some awesome influx of traffic, it will be more than 5 months when I hit 400k.

Before the past few months, everything all around was steadily increasing & was able to estimate the kinds of improvements I could expect from month to month.
