Finally a nice day out. Put some fertilizer on the lawn, and I finally took down the Christmas lights. Kinda sad considering I'll be putting them back up in a few months. lol. Don't want them fading in the sun though.

I fertilized my lawn a few weeks ago but I don't think it's doing anything. :hmm::|

I hate doing it when there's still snow on the ground and roof. So I wait till it's all melted and dry, so I just put the ladder up, go on the roof, and take them off in one shot. Same when I put them up.

Sadly, I'll be putting them back up in September before it snows, it's almost not worth taking them down at all. LOL Lot of people just leave them up. The colors fade though.

heh. around here, you're only allowed to have them up for 90 days. otherwise code enforcement goes ape-shit. :rolleyes:

LOL seriously? HOA I'm guessing? When I lived with my parents we used to wait till December to put them up, but walking through 5+ feet of snow with a ladder then trying to get those clips in when it's 30 below zero... no thanks. :p
