I hate when people ask me to hold their hands (metaphorically speaking)

I'll give you all the tools you need to do your job. try to figure it out yourself and then ask me specific questions about whatever areas give you hiccups; you'll ultimately understand it a lot better and know how to react when something unexpected pops up in the future... don't ask me to run through the entire process over and over again while you watch until you just memorize the motions.
