I and one of my peers were interviewing a man for a compliance position that our company had open. I am female and my peer is male. We were asking our candidate questions, etc. Everytime I asked a question, the man sat silent, staring at the wall. My male counterpart would repeat my question, verbatim, and the man would answer. This went on for the entire interview, over a half hour. I was stunned. Aparently this person did not speak to women. I don't even understand how this man had been employed before. Strangest interview ever!

every time I think LA would be a great place to move to, I sit in an hour of traffic to drive somewhere else.
