i hate when people don't understand art and then turn around and say it's not actually art.

hehe...art...everyone is an expert *rolls eyes* I actually like some of the stuff I see in the Michael Cross gallery I see on my way to work everyday

art is a personal thing. It's so personal that everyone should be an expert in art. If you like the +1 if you don't oh well...

dood! It is time for "negatives" (i think that is what it is called). Get a spotter, execute a bench press, but after full extension, come down slow (more like hold the weight in place)...it will rock your world, and activate them fibers a plenty.

i've heard it's easy to turn fat into muscle. The heaviest I have ever been is 145

32 inch waist size. ROUGH!

Alfa, you are smarter than that! Fat doesn't literally turn into muscle! I would be comfortable at 215, so I am not far away...I just gotta burn some fat :)
