I feel bad because he's such a nice guy, but dude doesn't get the concept of learning to walk before trying to run a marathon and he's probably the worst I've ever seen when it comes to working independently.

This is a CIO position basically. I'd stand no chance at that. I couldn't even land the PM position that they've now decided to hire externally for. I'm pretty much done there in all likelihood; I just have to hold out long enough for my retirement to vest. That's at the end of April, 2013.
