Yeah basically fries with lard and gravy on it.
It's more an eastern Canadian thing. Never really had it myself yet, way too much fat.
If you have cabbage in your kitchen.. cut it into fine pieces.
Take a microwave safe bowl.. and water and some salt to it.
Add cabbage to water and microwave for 5-8 minutes or until tender. Drain the water..
Add chilli powder/crushed pepper and some mustard sauce.
You can add it to your burger, tortilla or eat it with rice or flat bread.
Doesn't sound 1/2 bad. Don't usually love cabbage.

I like cabbage.. lettuce is good if eaten raw. You cannot do that with cabbage, it tastes repulsive when raw.
