I got up at 10 AM, had breakfast, kicked around for a bit, and was looking for lunch when my parents called - they had a few ideas for the new family room furniture set, and needed measurements.

I took the measurements, and then set record time to the furniture store - well, first, the three of us met up at a restaurant for some food. Good stuff.

Furniture shopping went badly for a while, and hooded sweatshirts are incompatible with high-back stuff. But we found some stuff. The two black recliners will be available in three weeks. The three-piece couch and the third recliner will not be available until sometime in April, those will be a slightly reddish brown. Total was about $4700.

Dropbox emailed me back about the problem I was having December 23rd, asking for more information to recreate the error.

Well, I tried to recreate the error, and realized that the pictures I had added two nights ago to Dropbox had actually exported correctly, and, seeing as it was done at 1 AM, I hadn't realized the significance. So I added some more pictures today, found them exporting correctly, but the old ones still weren't. Delete all from Dbox, reload them back in, and VOILA - it all works perfectly again. So there must have been something hanging on the old files that was jamming them.

I'm going to finish purging and readding the other files in Dropbox, then clear the folder on the phone, and refill it. Then tomorrow, if the folder is still there, I'll send my email back to them. It was sent to me at 1:20 PST, so a reply tomorrow at 6AM PST is perfectly fine.

I almost tossed my phone into the pool because I was paying more attention to it while walking and slipped.

Haha no but it could've gone badly if I didn't slip!
Well for the phone I suppose since it's not water proof. :p

FOOTBALL!

Hey, ICF, congratulations on the loss of those idiots. Now if you can just finish it off by getting rid of Caldwell.

Texans host the Bengals. I don't know how to call this one. I don't really know these teams much.
Broncos host the Steelers. Steelers by a mile. Even without Mendenhall. Teblow won't be able to get it done.

Saints host the Lions. Hey, Lions, congratulations on a good year, making it to the playoffs. Work on your team discipline. But sorry, your season ends now, the Saints are going to destroy you.
Giants host the Falcons. I want the Falcons to win, no bones about it. But it's a weather dependent game, up in NY/NJ. If it snows, the Giants win. If it doesn't snow, it's a toss-up, with the result largely depending on whether competent Eli or hilarious Eli shows up.

Then it's Bengals or Steelers at Patriots, and Texans or Steelers at Ravens.

Bengals @ Pats - Patriots win.
Steelers @ Pats - Narrower, but we usually do beat the Steelers, so again, Pats win.

Texans @ Ravens - I know, they choke in big games, are inconsistent, but the Ravens D is a scary thing, and the Texans have been dealing with injuries. Ravens.
Steelers @ Ravens - Oh, this is interesting. The Ravens own both wins this year. Rofflesburger should be healed by now. I give the edge to Steelers, they're going to be pissed off and looking for revenge.

That leads to Ravens @ Patriots, or Steelers at Patriots.

I would rather see the latter scenario, because I think the Ravens are more dangerous to the Patriots. If it is the Steelers, I'll keep to my earlier prediction, and say Patriots take the AFC. If it's the Ravens... I don't know.

From the NFC side...

Saints go to meet the 49'ers, should be a fun game. Saints by an edge. 49'ers may have a good defense, but I don't see them stopping the offense the Saints have put together, and certainly not often enough to keep their weak Alex Smith offense in the game.
Giants or Falcons go to meet the Packers, in Lambeau. Falcons are on thin ice going to the Frozen Tundra, and if it snows, they're done for. Even the cold might be a problem. Giants are on a more balanced footing, but it's not going to happen, the Pack is just way too good.

So then we have the Saints coming up to Lambeau Field, and a fair-weather dome team coming to this bitterly cold field will be the deciding factor. The Pack won't lose at home, not with the weather and the fans backing them, and the frozen Saints will be out of it.

That would be a glorious Superbowl by itself.
