Between the 9:15 end and 10:00 beginning of classes, I walked most of the hallways in the engineering buildings. Between the 10:50 ending and 12:00 beginning of classes, along with eating lunch (om nom nom FOOD hungry!), I finished walking all of the hallways of the engineering buildings, plus most of the halls in the connected liberal arts quad complex.

At this rate, I'll have a mental map of the entire campus within a month. Or my knees will have finally broken themselves from all the stairs.

However, in all of my travels today, I was unable to find the Formula SAE team's hiding place. It would be much easier to find in warm weather by circling the building and checking off garage doors or other large egresses.

Well, I found the SAE meetings... it's on the third floor (wtf? there's not even a cargo elevator in that building), but it's at the same time as one of my work shifts.

There seems to be a CNC multi-axis mill in a MechE lab in the basement of a building; along with a few tower mills, several lathes, and some other goodies.

Well, that's not surprising. That stuff, plus the athletic center, and energy research building, are all areas I've never had cause to access.

Apparently, the school strongly pushes that your senior engineering project should be about helping the disabled, poor, or sick. Fuck. you.
