Attention Middle Aged Black Males!

Statistically speaking, most serial killers are white men over 20, under 50, with unobtrusive looks. Do not bum rides from them late at night in front of a gas station. You are gambling with your life. Next time call a cab. Also, cops are suspicious of black men hanging out in front of a gas station bothering people as they come out. You are gambling with your legal record. Next time call a cab. Or walk. Or stay the fuck home to begin with.
Also, even in 2011 there are still assloads of angry rednecks running around in Virginia. I know cuz I saw one of them threaten a couple of black dudes at a bar late one night. He was drunk and probably didnt mean it, but I dont recommend taking a chance. I recommend against asking for rides from white guys with pickup trucks. Sooner or later oner of them is gonna beat you or kill you. This area is not safe for black men running around at night alone. Dont risk it.

Along similar lines, if you are black and insist on wearing all black clothing whilst running around at night, please, please, PLEASE, wear something reflective or better yet something that emits light, like one of those little photon LED's. I cant fucking see you until the whites of your eyes are in front of me, which by default means you are spread eagle across my windshield.
Dont risk it. Call a cab.

I dont care, just so long as he uses his head. People can be really dumb sometimes. And it amazes me when black guys cry about how racist and abusive the cops are and then go out on the town acting like idiots. Do they really think all of a sudden things are gonna change in their favor?

And I still dont know why the dude refused to let me call him a cab.

And I almost got hit three times within two minutes.

1) To the inattentive prick in the Toyota SUV - this is my lane. You do not get half of it.
2) To the impatient Ford pickup - you are supposed to stop at the end of a road, especially when the snowbanks are halfway up your window. Maybe you can see, but most cars are much lower than that.
3) To the Asian bitch in the Toyota minivan - yes, the road is narrower because of the snow. You still need to stay on your side of the double yellow.

The school did an unsurprisingly poor job of clearing the snow. It's been plowed out for cars, at the cost of a few spaces. But they forgot to clear the stairs, or to sand/salt the walkways for black ice.

A friend uploaded a picture from Target. A standard display shelf, about 20 feet long, with eight ping pong tables stacked up on it. Another shelf is mounted just over those, with cases of Budweiser and plastic bags full of cheap red cups. LULZ.
