Parity is pretty bad. About 30% chance just from using the brown word according to Dr. Sbaitso. :D

* Parity (physics), a symmetry property of physical quantities or processes under spatial inversion
* Parity (mathematics), indicates whether a number is even or odd
* Parity (medicine), the number of times a woman or female animal has given birth
* Parity (charity), UK equal rights organization
* Parity (law), legal principle
* Parity bit, sets the parity of transmitted data for the purpose of error detection
* Purchasing power parity, in economics, the exchange rate required to equalize the purchasing power of different currencies
* Interest rate parity, in finance, the notion that the differential in interest rates between two countries is equal to the differential between the forward exchange rate and the spot exchange rate
* Put–call parity, in financial mathematics, defines a relationship between the price of a European call option and a European put option
* Parity (sports), an equal playing field for all participants, regardless of their economic circumstances
* Potty parity, equalization of waiting times for males and females in restroom queues
* A tactic in reversi
* Grid parity of renewable energy

PhysX is awesome!

The lightning strike induced 6.6kV surge destroying that Eimac 3100Z (triode) was incredible. :wub:

Good Lord, like 5 people got banned!

LOL I remember when 30+ were banned a while ago.
Neffing would occur like a cage of lions. When the first acted up and the trainer was not in control the others followed suit. Luckily it was not a cage of lions in those cases of severe so called nef fests as the trainers would have been consumed like cans of tuna fish.

First off, fuck all the P&N regulars. And the hell with the guys who got banned. They've been practically begging for it for months.

2nd: Arby's is not as good as I remember them. Just had a crispy chicken and it was overpriced & meh.
Tomorrow I have a cold turkey. If it is also meh I will never go back. Should have learned from my last visit 20 years ago.

3rd: That thread was epic fucking ownage, though I concede it will result in some permabans. Anyone wanna lay odds?

Do you remember the night of a thousand nefs?
That was epic shit. Fucking beautiful, especially if you were not involved or somehow managed to escape punishment. A dozen perma bans and a HUGE list of vacations, most of which were indeterminate.

Yes I remember it.
I remember everything. ;)

I just did a search and aside from me referencing it once a year, there is no evidence that night ever took place.
:eek:
Based on my posts alone it seems that night happened in the summer of 2005.

In my search I also read many threads longing for the good old days of Anandtech. Those threads go back to arouns 2004 or so. It would seem that we are now in the days of longing for the good old days of longing for the good old days.
Kinda sad.

I don't mess with people's heads. That's the job of shrink wrap and besides helicopters that stuff kind of freaks me out. :eek:

I'm pretty sure that information is correct. My sources are solid.

Damn, Ruby likes it big.

Last big one was 12 Feb 2006. NYC had about 22 inches. We had over a foot on decks. Most of our crew has never seen a snowflake in their lifetime and on that day we were having snowball battles and building snowmen! :biggrin:
