Unlike his brother John, he isn't inheriting a team with loads of talent. It will be interesting to see what happens here.

The QB situation isn't an easy fix, they've already wasted valuable draft picks with nothing great. I think they should stick with the younger of the Smiths and use draft picks to shore up their O-line. Atleast a mediocre QB behind a good/great line can get the job done.
